Hello, I just finished downloading and setting Celtic Tribes up. It is basicly the exact same game as Lords and Knights, but with a more Barbarian/magic vibe. You have the same interface, with things named a bit different, and a few twists Lords and Knights doesn't have.
So the answer is it is as VoiceOver friendly as Lords and Knights, since they have basicly the same interface.
