Hi, Raul,

The only solution I can think of is for a deaf-blind person who uses Braille. I 
often use Braille with the sounds turned down on my ipod, and when a 
notification pops up, I get a distinctive braille message, preceded by a full 
cell, which indicates a status message. As far as I know, ipods don't have 
vibrations either.
