For those who wish to access this sort of material via audio, or who are jus interested in what's new with accessibility, I think I can publicly say that Applevis will be covering a lot of the VoiceOver stuff as soon as iOS 7 is released to the public. Not that these other resources aren't good, because I'm sure they will be, just throwing another one out there.
