Hi,

It is nationwide. If you decide to register, at some point you will be asked 
for your zip code. Enter it and you will be presented a list of Vons stores 
near you. If you do not have any Vons stores near you, try using Safeway as 
an alternative as it appears to be the major chain owning Vons. Here is some 
info I copied from the help page:

Do you deliver to my area?
We offer delivery in many major U.S. cities and suburbs. To find out if we 
deliver to your area, enter your zip code on the "Sign In / Register" page.
