Hi Tom, Considering GPS usually has an accuracy no better than 10 or so feet even if you do get a very good signal and probably a lot worse indoors, these are useless. If you need an accurate measuring tape, you can buy a talking one from Blind Mice Mart for about $100, but that goes beyond the scope of that list.
