If you know where the sim card is located in the device, look for a tiny
little whole on one side of it. Use something tiny such as an unwould paper
clip to insert into the hole to eject the sim card. Sometimes you have to
use a bit of pressure when using the paper clip in order to get the sim card
tray to eject from the device.
