Bard is the NLS service allowing registered blind users to download recorded audio books to one's reading device such as Victor Reader. I'm assuming many are excited because this means one will be able to read these books on their IOS device. The books are read by actual people and are not necessarily text files read by synthetic speech. After today's post, this means we should be able to download NLS books by the end of the month.
