Yup. Downloaded and installed it a little while ago. Couse the extra ios7 voices won't be there until the iOS upgrade. Earlier in the day I could not use DR because no voice was available so I suspect the app was being enabled. My thanks to the developer for such a classy to approach a tricky situation.
