Actually, you can do this in chrome as well. In the global talkback
menu, there is an option for navigation, opening this will allow you to
navigate by web element. I do use firefox though since it's a bit faster.

I'm not the original person who made the comment, but I've tried a
Google Nexus. For one thing, I can't move around with a bluetooth
keyboard as well as I can on an iPhone/iPad. For web browsing, the
only way you can navigate by elements such as heading is if you install
Firefox. This is OK I guess, but I can't help but wonder why this
isn't in TalkBack. In my opinion, accessing Voice Search isn't as
efficient as accessing Siri. When I want to access Siri, I just hold
down the Home button until I hear the double-beep. When I want to
access Voice Search, I have to look for it on the touch screen and
double-tap. To me, that seems to defeat the purpose.
