This is the craziest problem yet. I open the music app and tap playlists. After choosing the playlist I want to hear I tap shuffle. The screen changes to show the song it thinks it's playing but no sound at all. The track position shows 0of whatever, but even if I move it to the middle of the song I still can't get the music to play. The volume on the lower left of the screen shows 70%. What the heck am I doing wrong?
