It appears to be working just fine. I asked, what time is it? Voice Over
came back with the correct time. I then asked voice control to call my home
phone. giving the number. Perfect! It appears to be working fine. I
should say too that I use a bluetooth ear peace which has a better mike then
just holding the iPhone 4 in my hand.

This is just a shot, but how well is Voice Control working in iOS 7? This
is basically siri without the bells and whistles and is the only option on
a non-siri device. I imagine it's available on Siri devices too, but only
if Siri is set to off.
