Here is the link and instructions for how one can download iTunes 11.1 using Internet Explorer 10 and jaws14. This should help install IOS7 using a Windows computer.
Follow this link: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ >From top of page press letter H for first heading. You should hear: iTunes you've never been so entertained. Down arrow and make sure you uncheck the checkboxes. Do not bother with the entering of your email address The "download button" should be right under the email address edit field. It might be some weird text if jaws isn't correctly reading the graphic or button. Press enter on this download button. >From this point on you should hear the IE10popup blocker tone. Press F6 once to access controls which will enable you to download the file. You might be able to simply down arrow and press enter on save as, or you might have to Tab once to Save then down arrow to Save as. The download will take about 2 minutes on a cable connection.
