I tried several times in IE and only once got the error message that my browser was not compatible. As I mentioned I am using IE 10 with Jaws 15. Firefox worked the first time. I tried updating within ITunes and by using the Apple update utility but they both said that ITunes was up to date which of course it wasn't.
