Hi Lisa, I am not sure why Tap Tap See and Camfind won't work for you. I have used both even with the iOS 7 Beta and they worked even then.
Talking Goggles did not work in the Beta and I let Martinj, the developer know and they already released an update a few days before iOS 7 was publically released and it was working again. Make sure you have the latest updates of Tap Tap See and Camfind installed, both had updates recently. Also maybe ask a sighted person to check your camera. Last March I suddenly couldn't get any results with Digit Eyes and very poor results with Tap Tap See and it turned out that my 4S camera was apparently not functioning properly and did not focus. When I asked a sighted person to look I was told the image was totally blurry. Hopefully your hardware is OK, but both apps should work fine.
