I'm struggling with that now. I entered a passcode, thinking I could disable that later. Apparently I made a mistake when entering the passcode, and the one I thought I entered doesn't unlock the phone. I have a disabled phone now and no way to fix it. I'm waiting for a call from RadioShack where I bought the phone this afternoon to try to resolve this. This is on an iPhone 5.
