The answer depends on how your setup. If you chose to have all the songs in ITunes copied on to your phone then from the main ITunes screen choose file, add folder to library, tab once to select folder, and press enter. This will add any songs to your ITunes library that are not already there. If you just want to add a single song and you individually choose the music which goes on to your phone, choose your device in ITunes, press the space bar on music, check the song you want to add, and tab to sink and press enter.
