Last night, 09/20/2013, I typed bardmobile into the search box on iTunes and the bard app was the first one that came up, downloaded it and have it on my iPhone and my iPad mini. Easy to use even before I read the help, I am a bit confused about its ability for braille, but that is probably because I don't have a display hooked up at the moment.
