Hi, I'm using US English as my default, and no other languages selected.
Use Compact Voice is toggled to off. I have downloaded the Enhanced Quality voice. When I turn off WiFi, Enhanced Quality voice is dimmed and, presumably, not active. Why is this? I'm supposing I don't understand something about this. I have always had high-quality voice before, whether connected to WiFi or not. Thanks in advance.
