Hi Neal, the Siri suggestion you pointed out is only one of many ways of accomplishing the same goal as you most likely already know. In fact, just like in IOS6, you can ask Siri a question, and while it answers, if you press the volume up button, the volume for Siri will increase while leaving the VoiceOver volume alone. To answer your question, if you reference the page containing mail from this list you should find many entries for today discussing the user manual for iPhone and IOS7.
