I see that now the NBC Nightly news app works the right way in IOS 7. Previously, when you tried to double tap the broadcast button nothing happened. You could get it to work by tapping it, turning off voice over via the triple click home method, double tapping the button again and turning voice over back on. A real hassle but at least you could make it work. I'm delighted to say that this is no longer the case or at least not on my iPhone 4. Now double tapping the full broadcast button actually brings up the list of shows you can listen to.
