I just used the Apple Store app on Friday to order my unlocked iPhone 5S directly from Apple here in Canada and the experience could not have been more accessible and easier. I was easily able to select the size and colour, add the Apple Care plan and select one of the leather cases. I did not do an engraving order, I actually don't recall seeing it although I just might not have paid attention to that since I don't want my iDevices engraved.
