Hello All, I decided to Google this and find out where that darn gift button went to. Chris, you are exactly correct. When one finds the app in the search list, one needs to tap on it. The share button is located right after the search back button. Tap on share and the gift button is just above the cancel button from the bottom. One just needs to follow the prompts and finally gift the app. This is not straight forward as it once was a long time ago. I hope this explanation will assist others who decide to gift an app in the future.
