Hi Marissa, Yes, it seems to be the case on my 4S as well, it works in Messages but not in Mail. Anyhow, you can still drag your finger down the list of contacts and if you need to see beyond what is on the screen do a 3-finger swipe up and more will show. It's a minor inconvenience in my book since there are many other ways to start an email to a particular person and I'm sure this type of thing will be fixed, just make sure you write a note to [email protected] and let them know. I just did, but if they hear from 10 or 20 people about the same issue it's probably given more priority than if only one person writes..
