As far as I know they don't and I don't feel like somebody there should spend a couple of hours each day listen to the sometimes redundant and petty chatter especially since they made it so super easy for anybody to submit email requests and even to call them on a direct toll free number. After all, while Viphone might be one of the bigger lists out there, there are others and in Europe there are many more and if we expect them to monitor Viphone then one could say they should also monitor other lists.
