There is still only what there was in iOS 6. The difference in iOS 7 is that you can now set, for example, the Australian English voice as your default and that you can download multiple high quality English voices and also other languages and of course use the rotor to change between them. Also, you do have a choice between the familiar female SIRI voice and a new male SIRI voice. This you can select in Settings, General, SIRI, Voice Gender. I find the male SIRI voice better.
