speaking of contacts in the phone under favorites, can we sort them
or make them alphabetical by chance? thanks. all.

It depends a bit on whether you are in the actual Contacts app or if
you are in the Phone app and tapped on Contacts.
If you are in the Phone app, the tabs along the bottom (favorites,
Recents etc.) will be there and a 4-finger tap will take you to the
last element on the screen which is not the Delete button but the
Voice Mail tab.
If I Edit a contact from the phone app and want to delete the
contact, I just touch the Favorites tab on bottom left of the
screen, then one swipe to the left will put me on the Delete button.
If you are in the actual Contacts app, a 4-finger tap near the
bottom of the screen is definitely your quickest and easiest way to
jump right to the Delete button.
