Hi, I believe this is a new bypass feature to make it easier to get to
those alternate characters. Before it was much more difficult reaching
those unless you were using standard typing. So, now really the only way
to avoid this is to not touch the same character for too long when you
are in touch typing mode. I believe it has a 2 or 3 second time out. In
that time you should know if you want that character or not I would guess.

Hi all. I have found that when trying to type anything in ios7 if you
leave your finger on a letter for to long like maybe a second vo will
bring up some extra characters. is there any way to get rid of
