I had this issue right after upgrading, a reboot of the phone fixed this. It
could be server related.

This "no-service" reading I never get unless for some reason, the device
is no longer online.
Thost "try again later" things only happen when I am off-line for some
reason. Could your trouble be something else, perhaps?
