Voice Dream Reader is, in my opinion, the best book reader for bookshare, as well as other documents. In the latest version with iOS 7, you can use any of the VoiceOver voices, along with the high quality acapella and neospeech voices, some of which cost $2 to $3 each. But the app only costs $9.99.
