There is a Podcast about the iPhone 5S on Applevis. It focuses mostly on Touch Id (it is demonstrated how to set it up and use it) and then there is also mention about the audio distortion. The reviewer has an iPhone 5 and an iPhone 5S both running iOS 7 and demonstrates it by playing the same song. It doesn't appear to be a huge deal, I rarely have my iPhone turned up as loud as it goes anyways and it only becomes an issue at that point. If I need louder I use one of my Bluetooth speakers or connect to my Sonos system.
