Hi. I use the downcast pod catcher app, which is also very accessible. I would suggest navigating to the Applevis website, Search for the pod catcher app you have, listen to the podcast so you know how to use it, and proceed from there. The podcasts usually play directly from the website, if you do not have a pod catcher app already installed. That's how I originally got started. Good luck.
