On my phone when held in portrait, the reader button is near the upper left
corner of the screen. What confused me at first is that it is a toggle,
turning the reader on and off. Also, I have to be on the first page of what
I am reading to find it. To get there, I use the shortcut of split- or
double tapping the status bar, and it puts me on the first page.
