It's actually IOS 7.0.1 and 7.0.2. 7.0.1 was only for the iPhone 5C and
the iPhone 5s. Since I don't have a 5C or a 5s, I don't know what was
included in this update, but I assume it was for some hardware specific
to these two phones. IOS 7.0.2 contains a fix keeping people from being
able to access your photos and other data on your phone without entering
your pass code. In other words, in 7.0.1 or 7.0, even if you set up a
pass code, someone could get to your data without entering the pass
code. The fix in 7.0.2 keeps people from being able to do that.
It's a small update containing a security fix, so I'd go ahead and
install it if it were me. If you don't use a pass code then I guess
there's no reason to get it, but you'll need to get beyond it at some
point if you want 7.0.3 or 7.1.
