If you're in the US rather a US citizen, Bard is the best app for continuous reading in Braille. Any other option is a bit dicey. For example, even if you convert a Braille book to pdf format, you pretty much have to read it in IBooks. I've gotten used to turning pages in iBooks and Kindle, but I do find the Bard experience to be very nice indeed, once you learn the specific Braille shortcuts in that app.
