I am not playing politics myself. I just have a couple of points and then I shall shut up. 1. How can anyone believe that spending $1.1 trillion USD is "saving money"? 2. since virtually no one in congress read the act formally, it makes me wonder what they really voted on (I know, I read it and some of the riders in there scare the hell out of me).
Right now, I see the republicans getting ready to shoot themselves in the foot over this (and I am a repuvkican) and I also see the democrats trying to take us into yet another social experiment. The last time they tried this, the country nearly went bankrupt (hello? 1996 anyone?). so, what do we have?
