Hello I was on the phone earlier talking with An Apple representative, And all of a sudden, the speaker phone when out. It kind of came back on back off periodically through the convosation. Finally, I'm left with no sound whatsoever on the speakerphone. Music Won't play, VO won't work, or anything. I even tried calling myself from a land line, and the phone vibrates, but there is no sound and no ring tone, or email tone either. My ringer is on, and the volume is it 73%. I'm using an iPhone forS, and 6.13. Any ideas on what I can try? I think it may be a hardware issue. Thanks.
