Well as of about 10am central time Bard stopped working.
Due to the temporary shutdown of the federal government,
the Library of Congress is closed to the public and researchers beginning
October 1, 2013 until further notice.
All public events are cancelled and web sites are inaccessible
except the legislative information sites THOMAS.gov and beta.congress.gov.

So I was like oh crap well I’ll use dropbox to load some books I downloaded on
my computer to put on my Bard Mobile app. I got it loaded and it told me I’m
not authorized to read this material, so it looks like you can not load new
content onto your Bard mobile app until the shutdown is over according to my
experiences, if anyone has any other work arounds for the Bard mobile app I’d
love to hear them.

thanks
shawn
