Yes, you can download books from the web site using your phone. If you are looking at the web site using your phone, there should be a download button next to the book. For me, I find that it is easier to add a bunch of books to the wish list using my PC and then going to the wish list on my phone and downloading books as I am ready to read them. That way space is saved on the phone.
