You can down load in the app. If you find an add to wish list link, double tap on that. If you double tap on the title and a down load button appears double tap on it to start the download.
If you added the book to your wish list, then go back a screen or two and at the top of the Get Books tab will be a Wish List, double tap on that and you will find all the books you've added to your wish list and you can double tap on the one you want to begin the down load.
