Hi Ioana, it is almost certain that there is something which is causing
VoiceOver to crash. When VoiceOver crashes, iOS tries to automatically
restart it hence why you're hearing that message. Diagnosing what's going on
though would likely be difficult, so I agree with the suggestion that you
should backup your phone, restore its software using iTunes, then restore
from a backup. Even if you normally backup to iCloud, you should make an
encrypted backup in iTunes and restore from that backup rather than an
iCloud one if at all possible. This is because encrypted iTunes backups
store the most information, and the restore will take much less time since
everything will be copied from your iTunes library rather than re-downloaded
from the internet.

Subject: Phone randomly saying "voiceover on

Hello,

I am experiencing a probematic behaviour on my iPhone 5 running iOs 7.
It just started yesterday although I have been running the new OS since its
first day out.

Out of the blue without working on the phone it says voiceover on as if
something reset. I bet it's some kind of bug running in the background. Also
mail freeses the phone so bad at times that I had to restart the phone 3
times since last evening. I tried hard reboot with holding dowm home and
sleep but the VO announcement still happened again.

Any ideas? I don't really want to restore the phone as new and loose all my
settings.

Thanks for any ideas.

Ioana
