Hello, Anisio, Double-tap and hold an app, and move it on top of another one. The screen is extremely sensitive on IOS 7 so you might have to try it a few times. Listen for the steady tones for several seconds, and then the folder will open. At this point, you can change the folder name and move the apps within it, etc.
