Hi Alex, I thought I would chime in with some tips on doing this. 1. I place the typing mode in standard in order to perform a split double tap to get the four zeros in quickly. 2. The pair button is in the upper right hand corner just under the battery percentage. I line myself up with my right index finger before tapping on the pair button.
It usually takes only 1-2 tries to get the Apex paired. Good luck.
