This means that a spam filter considered these messages to be spam. If you are using IMAP and check your email on a PC/Mac then your mail client on those systems could have a spam filter built in. Thunderbird, for example, has a spam filter. You can go into these clients and indicate that these messages are not junk. You may also have a spam filter run on your email providers server. It looks like you're using Road Runner, and I seem to recall they do do some spam filtering on their servers. If you're using IMAP, you can probably just move your messages from the junk folder to your in box, if you don't want them considered spam. Otherwise, you may have to do this on your email providers web interface. Your email provider should have some documentation on their spam filtering.

This evening I opened the junk email folder just to see what was in it.
There were several emails there that I don’t recall moving into it, so
I’m just curious to know what goes into junk and how does it get there?
Thanks.

God bless!
