Just back it up to iCloud then on the 4 s use the restore back up option to
restore you're contacts settings and apps

My iPhone 4 is running IOS 6.13, and the 4S is running 7.02. Because the
apps on the 4 are significantly different from those on the 4S, I can't
just do a complete backup and restore. So what is the most practical way
to get the contacts which are on the 4 to appear on the 4S?
