Hello Cliff and all: Yes, you can change your information using your phone.
1. from the home screen, double tap iTunes 2. locate and double tap where it says apple ID. it will be to the right of the send gift button. 3. double tap on the view account button. it may or may not ask you to sign in. if so, enter your apple ID and password in the appropriate edit fields. 4. locate and double tap on the payment information link 5. from here fill in your appropriate information.
