I can't see the issue. The first picker item is bpm BeatsPerMinute, the next picker item is beats per bar, the third picker item is sub-division of the beat. Flick up or down on the picker items, crank the VO rotor round to something else if it interferes with the picking. The start/pause button is above all that.
