Hi Sarah,
Now within iOS 7, you can download all of your purchased music to your device. 
If you wanna get rid of this, what I had to do is download the songs, delete 
them, and in iTunes and app store, and under music in settings, turn off show 
all ror music, and only the music you want will be in the music app.
