If you're trying to add a comma from the numeric keypad in the Contacts
app then just use the shift key in the lower left hand corner of the
keypad. I'm using touch typing, so I find the shift key and then lift my
finger. The comma is now where the 7 was (or maybe it's the 4). Again, I
find the comma and then lift my finger to enter the comma.
