Alan,
Your best bet is to Google for this info. There's been a slew of
articles written on what you can say to Siri. Guaranteed you will get a
ton of hits. The list is huge and even more so now with IOS 7.
Just to get you going, you can get a short list by asking Siri "what can
I say"
