I don't believe it does. I do know this though. The compact voice takes up less disk space then the high quality voice does. On my 5s, I have a 64 GB hard drive so I'm going with the high quality voice. It actually does sound better on my 5s then it did on my iPhone 4. I've only had my 5s for a few days but off the top of my head, I love it! I've also been playing with siri. Siri is to cool! Lastly, I'd be willing to listen to what you all use siri for if you don't mind taking it private. I would guess Siri has been talked to death here but hey, I'm new to her <grin> For fun last night and expecting no reply, I held down the button and said goodnight siri. To my surprise, she came back and said "Goodnight Alan. Sleep well" Amazing!

Subject: Voices with voice over

I am wondering if the compact voice text any less battery than the regular voice. Does anyone know if there is a difference?

Thanks for your thoughts.
